• Partnership with Standard Organization of Nigeria to help in ensuring standard operating procedures for Agribusinesses products to meet Nestle supply chain need
• Partnership with IDH in the area of helping member organizations in scaling up production and ensuring sustainability through deploying a standard farming model approach (such as Block farming model)
• Collaboration with IITA and NRCRI for training and to always provide information update as regards the Cassava industry
• Partnership with FMARD to strengthen the visibility and image of the organization as the umbrella spokesperson of the entire Cassava value chain in the country
• Collaboration with ICRA to strengthen the relationship(s) among organizations and ensure supply collaboration
• Partnership with FIIRO to subsidize the cost for analysis of product samples
• Partnership with Nigerian Institute of Packaging (NIP) FIIRO, to team up in the area of Cassava starch supply for packaging industries
• Partnership with GIZ for funding opportunities to ensure the Association’s financial stability and to implement more impactful programs

From the feedback obtained, we propose strategy for achieving strategic objectives and KPIs based on best practice and global standards, develop a results and resources framework/strategic plan for 5 years, hold validation workshops with members and stakeholders to validate strategic plan and validation report In the last phase of the project, we will finalize design of strategy plan, write report on stakeholder consultations and meeting, develop a 5 year strategic plan, produce a five-year strategic plan document including a results and resources framework, as a document for program/project development, fundraising, and image building, report on the processes including stakeholder consultations and meeting(s), and submit an ICSAN 5 years strategic plan.
